Wounded

We are the first to confess that a “heroic family” is what we desire and strive for more than anything . . . and at the same, we confess we are so far from achieving it. With our own woundedness in tow, we thank the Lord that He does not call the qualified, but through His grace He qualifies the called. As a missionary family, we are a work in progress.

Redeemed

Thanks to the unfathomable Divine Mercy of Jesus Christ, we avail ourselves of His constant healing and cling to the virtue of hope! As a family we seek encounter Christ’s love deeply and personally and to give and receive forgiveness from one another. Through the sacraments of the Church we trust in the saving power of God.

Consecrated to Mary

It was with and through Mary that God brought forth His greatest work, the Word Become Flesh, entrusting His entire mission of Redemption to her. It is therefore with and through Mary that He will continue to do His greatest works. For these reasons our family is unconditionally consecrated to Mary Immaculate.

Think Outside the Box

Those who really want to make a significant impact in the new evangelization need to “think outside the box” and be open to the new and exciting initiatives of the Holy Spirit Who is looking for generous and courageous souls to do great things! This inovative attitude is at the heart of who we are and what we seek to offer the Church and the world.

For many years, we have wrestled with an undeniable passion to minister to families. Having experienced many challenges in our own marriage and family, we realized that there is a massive void that is not being sufficiently filled — helping families discover their heroic calling, their true passion according to God’s plan and how to pursue it as a family in a way that they are not just surviving, but thriving!

And so in the summer of 2015, after much prayer and discernment, we made what was for us an “heroic” decision to abandon everything into God’s Providence, trust this was his calling for our family and “set out into the deep” (duc in altum!) while at the same time ascending “to the heights” (“verso l’alto” as Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati would say), putting all of our gifts and talents at the service of restoring the Christian family. We ardently desire to play our part in filling this great need in the Church to help families discover their heroic calling as it applies in body, mind and spirit . . . AND WE WANT TO BRING THIS TO YOUR HOME, TO YOUR PARISH, TO YOUR COMMUNITY!

As St. John Paul II said: “As the family goes, so goes the nation and so goes the whole world in which we live.”

What greater mission is there today than to fight for the heart and soul of the Christian family?

We look forward to bringing the mission of HeroicFamilies.com to your home! Contact us today to start planning an event!

Our Pride and Joy

Well . . . these are our angels and in addition to obedience to God’s call “to be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect,” they are our “Why” for pursuing an heroic calling within God’s kingdom.
